Vascular 2013 HIGHLIGHTED POSTER PRESENTATION The 2013 CDA/CSEM Professional Conference is unique in that we have joined forces for a one- time event with the Canadian Cardiovascular Society, the Canadian Stroke Network, the Heart & Stroke Foundation and Hypertension Canada to create Vascular 2013. The groups are each holding their own conferences, as well as providing one day of joint programming. Concurrent sessions are presented in the following streams: • Prevention of Vascular Disease and Promotion of Healthy Populations • Basic Biomedical Aspects of Vascular Health • Interdisciplinary Management of the Complex Patient • Rehabilitation Post-Vascular Events • Vascular Cognitive Impairment • Organizing Health Systems to Deliver Optimal Vascular Care • Pediatric Vascular Health, Prevention and Beyond Abstracts submitted to any of the groups that had a Vascular connection were considered for Vascular Day programming by a joint committee.
