The Application Process• “What type of people do you want to be around when you’re in

the workplace?”

• “What are your strengths/weakness? What do you hope to gain from the internship? Why did you apply? Talk about yourself.”

• “Tell me about yourself? What are your goals coming out of college? What area are you interested in? Tell me about a time when you met with a group for a project? What problems did you encounter and how did you handle them?”

• “How did you hear about CSRA Inc.? Why do you want to work for CSRA Inc.? Would you be able to multi-task on many different projects or have to focus on one project at a time?”

architecture depending on the site’s unique needs.”

• “Monitoring the existing network and computer infrastructure for possible malicious threats and responding to threats as they appear on user computers.”

• “Shadow and assist members of the networking team. Tasks included configuring switches, tagging and untagging ports, cleaning the lab, assembling routers and switches, etc. I also meet with my mentor at least once a week and receive tasks from him to keep myself focused, gain experience, and further my own goals.”

• “Usually I develop software in C++ using the Qt framework for around 6-7 hours a day. My code goes directly in the product, so the work I do is very meaningful. A few days a week I attend meetings or teleconferences concerning design plans and issues.”
