Analyse process Motivation

Analysis of huge and / or many measurement files spends a lot of time

and is very uncomfortable (x GB).

Analysis of endurance tests and / or test bench measurements.

Make especially interceptions like “bad shift quality” or “transmission

shifts roughly” available / visible in the measurement data.

Find critical thermally conditions

Start up with an existing in house tool based on MS Excel© to develop a

“one tool solution”.

Create an opportunity to integrate analysis of data logger files (GL 1000)

Field of Calibration

Endurance Tests

In the car endurance test at Mercedes-Benz Cars XCP – channels are

measured for the torque converter clutch and the clutch control of the

7G-Tronic©

In the vehicle

Analysis of data loggers (e.g. GL1000 from Vector) during a evaluation

test drive or customer vehicle.

Software Application

Find quickly wrong or bad calibration data.

Optimize calibration data on the basis of real vehicle measurements.

Test bench
