All in all the argument I have presented seem to reveal the positive and negative side of vegetarianism. What conclusion can be drawn from all this is maybe that we can have better life and also save a great number of lives by eating vegetables rather than eating meat. But, if we only eating vegetables are not enough nutrients to have a healthy diet. There should be a balance of both vegetables and meat. We have heard of the food guide pyramid in which it depicts how much each type of food should be consumed so this means that vegetables should also be consumed to make up a complete meal.

Always keep in mind that if you eat too many calories, even from nutritious, low-fat, plant-based foods, youll gain weight.
