System Configuration:

Pre Requisites:

Minimum of 512 MB of RAM.

M i n i m u m 1 USB port

Windows Operating System

DSC Dongle driver should be installed before logging in

Reliable Internet Connectivity.

Certificate with full chain.

Certificate should not be expired it should be valid certificate

Operating System

Windows 7 and Above

Browser Version

Internet Explorer Versions 10 or Above

Step 1: Enter URL: https://fddiindia.eproc.in

Step 2:

Install Java Version 8 update 25 and remove any earlier version installed for assistance support software is available under “Others” Section

Step 3:

Once Installation is completed following steps needs to be

followed:

Java Component Settings:

Go to Control panel Click

on Java Icon

Under Security Tab: Set Level to “Medium”

Under Advance Tab: Java console: Show Console, Miscellaneous: Place Java in system tray

Step 4: Browser Settings:

(Recommended Browser for usage is IE10 or Above)

Go to Internet Option >> Security

Step 5: Under Security following settings needs to configure:

1. Click on “Trusted Sites” and select Sites and add the URL

as shown highlighted in the picture.

Filter setting needs to be “Disabled”

Note: Your system should be free from viruses or any other malicious software and Temporary

files are cleaned. Kindly restart your machine once above mentioned setting are completed

Vendor Registration:

Step1: Enter URL: https://fddiindia.eproc.in

Click on Login >> for Registration

Step 2:

Fill Intial Registration Page

Step 3:

Note: User needs to close the website and plug his DSC before proceeding.

Step 4: Click on Login and input your Userid and Password and click

on “Login In”

Page shall be redirected and would require to furnish

Challenge Phrase sent for email verification on registered

email id.

Step 5:

Digital Certificate Registration

Signing Certificate:

Click on “browse” and then “Sign” button and upload a PDF document and

select your DSC from the alerted pop up. Post upload click on “Verify”

Button and select earlier uploaded file and selected DSC a message will

appear on screen “Signing Certificate registered successfully”.

Note: Incase Null is appearing on screen kindly check the DSC. 8

Encryption Certificate:

To Register Encryption Certificate Enter text for encryption and click on Encrypt

button and select your DSC post which click on Decrypt button and select your

desired DSC from popup and click on Save Details A message will appear on

screen “Encryption Certificate registered Successfully”

Note: Incase Null is appearing on screen kindly check the DSC.

Step 6:

Login with the combination of your USER ID

Password & DSC

Click on link named “Click here to complete

Registration”

Fill Registration Info: Profile: Fill all required details. Common Info: Pan No, Phone No. &

upload company registration docs/ pan card etc.

Define Password for bid submission. Secret Question Select Category of Registration

Registration Fees: Vendor needs to pay the registration amount through online payment gateway integrated at https://fddiindia.eproc.in Once the payment is done vendor needs to Click on “Proceed” button for completing the registration

E TENDER PROCESS:

Step 1: Enter Url: https://fddiindia.eproc.in

Note: User needs to plug there DSC before

opening the URL

Type User Id and login password at:

And Select Signing Certificate for eg:

Note: It is mandatory to have a registration on the new portal for

a successful participation in Tender Bidding Process. Participant

needs to pay an annual fee as per participation category in the

Vendor Registration Approval is automatic.

Bidder Dashboard:

Step 3:

Click on Tender Consolidated Icon under Action Colum to

participate in the tender:

Step 4: Pay Application Fee & Tender Processing Fee

Post making payments Click on “Proceed” (eg: Application

fee, Tender processing Fee). On clicking 'Proceed ' the

tender moves from “NEW TENDERS” section to “IN

PROCESS TENDERS.

Bidder can also download tender document and Price bid

document by clicking:

Step 5: Add delete Items: (Applicable for RFP

only) Select items as per requirement

(If items are non-mandatory).

Step 6:

Submit Forms- Fill in the details as mentioned on

the screen. For instance in Bid common Form –

After all details are filled click on “Save”. User can

upload tender related documents (if required). For E.g.:

Step 7: Price Bid: Fill required details :( Applicable for RFP

only)

Fill Prices as per required format.

In Upload section, upload related

documents (if required).

Then click on “Save”.

Pay EMD Fee

Step 8:

Offline mode of payment: Fill required details and follow the

instructions as mentioned on screen. Save details & Click on

proceed. For eg:

Vendor Undertaking: Accept vendor

undertaking as mentioned in the tender

document. For e.g.:

Step 10:

Envelop & Bid signing: Click on Folder(s) (i.e. Pre-Qualification, Technical

Qualification, and Price Bid). Verify envelops & sign them digitally. Fill “Bid

Submission Password” and Confirm. Click on Proceed for submitting bid.

Confirmation of offer: Read the published details:

Click on Submission to Tender Box: “Are you sure you want to proceed” if Yes click “OK” If “No” click

“Cancel’.

Step 12: After Submission of Bid Successfully, Supplier can

generate Online Receipt under bid view tab for:

Bid Submission (Unique bid No.)

Tender processing fee

Q. Why am I seeing the Error “Kindly Check Active X or XPI Plugin” once I open the website?

Error Screenshot:

Ans. User who is accessing/visiting the website for the very first time comes across a Pop-Up stating an

error “Kindly Check Active X or XPI Plugin”. User needs to follow the steps stated above from Step 2 to

Step 5.

Q. Website is showing me “Processing Request Please Wait” for quite some time?

Ans: Website shows “Processing Request Please Wait” pop us for while in case of following issues:

Improper Internet Connectivity: User needs to ensure Internet Connectivity is stable. If in case

connectivity is lost User needs to close the website and reopen it.

Temporary Files: User has a lot of Temporary Files on the machine, in case so user needs to delete

all temporary files.

Java Console: User needs to wait until Java Console is loaded properly once the website is opened,

User can check the same upon clicking the Java Console Icon placed on System Tray.

Eg:

User needs to close the website and open it again.
