Vendor Set-Up/ Strike:Kitchen access and outside vendor set-up may begin as early as 12:00 PM on the day of the event on some occasions. Set-up in the Tasting Room cannot begin until after 5:00 PM. Vendor Strike must be completed by 12:00 AM. Outside rentals must be picked up between 8:00 AM-10:00 AM on the following day.

FFW Site Representative and Wedding Planners:

At Sebastiani Vineyards & Winery we require a wedding planner. A minimum of one FFW Site Representative will provide access to the property, house lighting and coordinate delivery of wine and FFW equipment. These services do not include event coordination, equipments set-up or equipment strike. One FFW Site Representative is included with the site fee and additional required staff is $25.00 per hour (3 Hour Minimum).

Parking:There is sufficient parking for events at Sebastiani Vineyard and Winery. Directional Parking, Valet Parking or Shuttle Service allowed. Motorcoaches are advised for large groups.

Music:All amplified music must be indoors; however, FFW reserves the right to terminate the music if complaints are received. All music must end at 11:00PM at Sebastiani Winery.

Other Restrictions:Sparklers, non-organic confetti, glitter, rice, birdseed, straw and/or hay are not permitted. No live “potted” plants permitted on property. For your planning purposes, cut floral arrangements are not considered live plants. No pets are permitted on the premises.

Reservations:A non-refundable security deposit of $1,000 is due to reserve your date on our special event calendar (written acknowledgement will be sent upon receipt.) A contract will be prepared and sent to you. Within 30 days, “50% of the listed site fees will be due along with the signed contract. Wine will be listed “on consumption” or “per person”. The remaining site fee must be paid thirty days prior to the event. The $1,000 initial deposit will be credited to final wine bill. Details are outlined in the contract.

Insurance:We require General Liability Certificate of Insurance covering the date of the event in the amount of $1,000,000 naming FFW as additional insured and must be received thirty days prior to the event.

Event Hours: 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Equipment:FFW has a limited amount of equipment available that is included with the site fee. All arrangements to use FFW equipment must be made in coordination with the caterer and FFW. Your hired caterer is responsible for setting up and breaking down all Sebastiani equipment. Additional rental dining packages are available and can be discusssed with your FFW Site Representative. FFW has the following equipment available at Sebastiani:

60” Round (18 available, seat 8 each) seating provided for up to 144 guests

Mahogany Folding Chairs with black padded seats (150 available)

30” Square Wrought Iron Tables

Round Wrought Iron Tables

Oval Wrought Iron Tables

Wrought Iron Chairs

Wine Barrels

The Rose GardenExpansive lawn defined by a tree lined low stone wall and with the dramatic backdrop of the hospitality center. A beautiful rose garden creates a wonderful ambiance for your wine reception.

Attached to the Fountain Courtyard, the Rose Garden adds an additional “al fresco” venue.

The Fountain CourtyardLocated in front of the grand entrance into the hospitality center, the Fountain Courtyard features a stunning fountain in an open yet intimate space perfect for wine receptions.

Entering the Fountain Courtyard with its original stone and surrounding ambience, makes it an ideal area for a wine greeting, check-in, passed hors d’ouevres and culinary stations.

Arbor ParkA beautifully manicured garden park surrounded by trees of several varieties. Enjoy the best of California with a majestic palm tree as your ceremony background or customize your dream reception.

The Indoor Areas

The Outdoor AreasAll outdoor areas available for ceremonies, wine receptions and formal greetings. No Sound Amplification after Sunset.

The Tasting RoomThe impressive high ceilings and Italian-themed architecture glow with the warmth of the beautiful fire place. The long serpentine tasting bar makes this room ideal for wine and hors d’oeuvre receptions.

Right inside from the Fountain Courtyard, this enviable reception area is laden with historic stone from the nearby quarr y and filled with histor y.

The Barrel RoomAn extraordinar y room lined by one of the largest collections of hand-carved barrels in the countr y, including a 60,000 gallon antique barrel.

String lights float over guest tables creating the perfect ambiance for a dinner reception.

From table rounds for 140 guests to “king tables” (seating is less) of one or two rows, your group will enjoy award-winning wines and delicious culinar y pairings provided by our catering partners.

Utilizing grapes from a variety of premier growing sites in Sonoma County creates wines with added richness and complexity. The winery features a superior venue draped with historical elements including a gorgeous tasting room bar that extends over 80 feet in length along with captivating Tuscan architecture.
