FOR YOUR SPACE

RENTALS Shelves, clothing brackets and extra tables/chairs can be rented directly from the CMC during check-in on Friday (they also install it all for you!). The rates are TBD, but last show it was $15 per shelf/bracket. YOUR BOOTH (wall height is 6.5ft, corner booths only have two walls not three) •  Booths come with 1 table (6 feet X 3 feet), two chairs, and a wastebasket. •  There is spot-lighting overhead, which can be adjusted by the CMC staff. •  The walls are acrylic, so cannot be nailed into or manipulated. Anything used to stick/hang/post items onto the walls MUST

be removable and non-permanent (the CMC will charge you for marks or any damage). YOUR TABLE SPOT •  Table Spots are made-up of 1 banquet table (6 feet X 3 feet) and a chair. If you want to be creative and bring your own set-

up and NOT use the table, you’ve got 6 feet wide and can go 4 feet deep. •  Keep I mind that tables are setup in rows, so you will be next to other vendors. Also, you cannot put items in front of your

table as it’s the walkway for shoppers. •  If you’d like to hang a banner or sign, we suggest you display it at the front of your table - signs cannot be hung on the

windows. •  If you’d like to bring a bust-form/small display stand next to your table you can, but if you’re wedged between two other

vendors you’ll have to have it behind the table next to you.
