After sailing past the island of San Gior-gio Maggiore, the Public Gardens, the tip of Sant’Elena and the lido famous beach resort, the boat arrives at Murano, known throughout the world for its glass man-ufacturing industry. Here you have 40 minutes for a visit to one of the factories, and discover the magic of the glass. The second stop will be at the picturesque is-land of Burano, famous not only for its lace, but also for the fisherman’s hous-es painted in bright colors. The stop will last about 30 minutes. After a short sail, you will reach Torcello, the earliest cen-tre of civilization in the lagoon. Only the Cathedral with its magnificent mosaics and the church of Santa Fosca remains as the testimony of its former glory. This stop lasts about 30 minutes. Then the boat will make its way back to St. Mark’s Square.

Notes -On September 3rd due to “Regata Storica” the afternoon departure will not end in St. Mark’s Square (at the Cornoldi pier) but at the F.te Nove pier -On September 17th due to “Burano Regata” there will be no possibility to visit/stop the island of Torcello


After 30 minutes of navigation, you will arrive in Murano, where you can visit one of the famous glass factory placed there. The stop will be around 1 hour long.

Once you finished the visit of the facto-ry you will depart to reach Burano. Bu-rano, the fishermen island, is famous for its lace and trimmings. Getting off of the boat you will find a little street full of typ-ical shops, restaurants and excellent bak-eries where you can buy the famous “Bu-ranelli” biscuits. The stop in Burano will be around 1.30 hours.

Explore the famous islands of the Venice lagoon! You’ll watch glass-blowers at work on Murano, shop for lace on Burano and visit Venice’s first church on the tranquil island of Torcello.

Murano & Burano with lunch NEW!

After 30 minutes of navigation, you will arrive in Murano, where you can visit one of the famous glass factory placed there. The stop will be around 1 hour long.

Once you finished the visit of the facto-ry you will depart to reach Burano. Bu-rano, the fishermen island, is famous for its lace and trimmings. Getting off of the boat you will find a little street full of typical shops, restaurants and excellent bakeries where you can buy the famous “Buranelli” biscuits. The stop at Burano includes also the lunch at “Al Raspo de Uà” restaurant. The menù will include: Pennette pasta with mixed fish or fish La-sagne, mixed fried fish or sea bass filet, mixed salad, typical Burano biscuits and coffee (drinks not included to be paid on the spot).

WORKING POLICY: In order to avoid problems with your fit eservations, we would like to remind you our policy regarding bookings and cancellations: Complaints have to be received by mail or fax within 60 days from date of the last service provided by Carrani, so we could reply in the most accurate way. Please take note that, every time you send us an e-mail/fax requesting our services, we will always reply in writting. If you request a particular htl that it is not available, we will confirm a similar option (to the requested one). In case of cancellation, we will send an e-mail/fax as confirmation of the cancellation. If you do not receive this confirmation it would means that for us the booking is still operative. So if our provider charges us no show penalites, we will charge you the same penalties. We inform all clients that rates do not includes the city tax in Florence, Rome, Venice. This tax will be paid directly form clients at the re-ception hotel desk at the arrival or at the check out according to the local city board procedure. We remind you that tax will change according to hotel category. Please kindly inform travellers before departure. All services must be paid before the pax arrival (at least 7 days before, maximum 15 days, depending on the service.
