Zambezi Portland Cement Factory under attack- 2015

Warning by High Court of Zambia to Ventriglias

The High Court of Zambia has issued strict order to the Ventriglias family regarding interference in the management of the factory. Sadly, the warning was not respected and the early hours of the morning witnessed an attack on ZPC by Ventriglias and some hired policemen. The incident unsettled about 700 employees and staff of ZPC as they were asked to vacate the premise.

The Ventriglias ignore all warnings

The Ventriglias have ignored all the prior warnings that the High Court of Zambia had given them with respect to their power of operation in the Zambezi Portland Cement Factory. The Ventriglias own about 42% of shares in the ZPC and are currently under minority group of shareholders. However, with a thirst for power that have started to use the channels of bribery and paid conspiracies to defame Finsbury Investments and Dr. Rajan Mahtani.
