A powerful combination of unique entitlement and preference settings, custom messages, and analytics tracking during attendee registration provides critical data that improves relevance when attendees enter your event. You receive valuable insight on attendee needs and data before as well as during the event.

Login/Registration PageThe Virtual Experience Platform v4.0 provides username/password login functionality with an automated Forgot Password feature. The event attendee registration page also includes the ability to set up custom registration questions beyond standard registration profile information. In addition, event managers have the ability to customize a Thank You message and give attendees the option to select Microsoft® Outlook® calendar reminders for the event.

Registration DataAll Registration Page data is captured and stored, and is accessible through the Metrics Reporting System.

PreferencesEvent attendees can use keywords to set their own information preferences and ensure relevant content is featured in their personal Content Recommendation Toolbar.

Customize the shape and feel of your event by selecting from a range of Lobby designs featuring animated attendees.

Lobby Environment Options and Digital AttendeesEvent managers have the ability to select from nine virtual Lobby and Campus designs featuring animated digital attendees.

AuditoriumThe Virtual Experience Platform v4.0 includes a Keynote Auditorium for featuring keynote and executive presentations.

Exhibit Halls and Booths The baseline 6Connex license features two Exhibit Halls to build in your virtual event with a total of 20 booths throughout. As an option, you can have up to 10 halls with 10 booths each for a total of 100 booths.

Meeting Room Option In addition to having an Auditorium or Exhibit Halls in your virtual event, the Platform provides event organizers the option to set up meeting rooms for a more intimate setting. An event organizer can assign a manager to a meeting room to host a meeting or workshop in a smaller virtual venue setting.

Event Content Management System

The 6Connex Content Management System provides unprecedented flexibility and control of Exhibit Hall, Booth configuration and design as well as placement, timing, prioritization, and display of content and promotions. Advanced features such as automatic video compression, and promotion time bracketing make it easy to a produce, manage, and deliver a highly informative event.

Tracks and SessionsEvent managers can set up tracks of content sessions for their event. The session tracks allow event managers to guide event participants to participate in certain content tracks relevant to their points of interest. In addition, the Virtual Experience Platform has a locator feature to allow event participants to easily find where a particular session is taking place in a virtual event.

Dynamic Exhibit Hall and Map BuilderEvent managers and organizers can dynamically create Exhibit Halls and an Event Map that displays an alphabetical list of booths with a graphical representation of hall areas.

BoothsWhen building your virtual event, select from over 400 3D booth designs with between one and six information nodes each.

NodesEvent managers have the ability to choose between one and six information nodes for each booth for display and promotion of content.

Automatic Video Compression ConversionThe Control Panel Content Management System automatically converts all common video and audio file formats for use in the Virtual Experience Platform. A built-in compression engine converts each video file to the approved viewing format without additional plug-ins, downloads, or the need to set audio levels, data rates or aspect ratios.

Rotating Toolbar and Jumbotron Dynamic Banner Promotion UploadEvent managers can upload an unlimited number of promotional banners that dynamically and automatically rotate in the Toolbar and on the Jumbotron in the Main Hall/Lobby.

Time-Bracketed PromotionsThe Virtual Experience Platform includes an easy-to-use Time Bracketing System that allows event managers to control the introduction and removal of content throughout the event. This provides more options to manage promotions, event flow, and attendee behavior.

Unlimited User EntitlementA feature of the Virtual Experience Platform is the ability to set entitlement levels for each piece of content. Avatar and Photo UploadTo create a personalized social networking experience, attendees can select from a library of over 250 avatars or upload their own image or photo. They can also establish or modify their personal profile during registration or within the event.

Real-Time Chat Language TranslatorNot only does the 6Connex Live Chat System increase the average attendee interaction by almost 2000% in comparison to that of other virtual event technology providers, but event attendees from all over the world

can receive tailored chat communications using the Real-Time Chat Language Translator functionality. Attendees can add or delete content anytime throughout the event.

Document and Resume Upload and SharingWhen hosting a virtual event/career fair, attendees can upload their documents such as a resume at the time of registration. Event Participant Roll CallA profile card of each new event participant featuring their photo/avatar and brief profile fades in and out in a separate window on the event participant’s screen to indicate who is in the virtual event.
