The basic Verbus module comprises a “shell” of high tensilecorrosion resistant steel components with composite wall,floor and roof structure that provides superior insulation forsound, thermal & fire performance.

• Cladding made up of Cedar, render panel and aluminium panel. Fastened to the Verbus Units using standard cladding connections

• Units mounted onto a steel frame , and connected back to steel frame stair and lift cores

• Major acoustic challenges on the project as the hotel sits under the flight path to Heathrow, no complaints have been received regarding acoustic performance

Travelodge Uxbridge Central120 Bedroom budget hotel, opened 5th August 2008.

• 125 bedrooms using 81 modular units

• Average 24 bedrooms erected each day

• Site is next to the West London 24 hour bus garage therefore logistics were extremely challenging, but delivered without any issues

Premier Inn Fleming Way Gatwick• Currently on site

• 210 bedrooms using 114 modular units

• 6 stories of Verbus units

• Program 50 weeks. The contractor believes this could be reduced to less than 40 weeks

Premier Inn Citadel Way Hull

• 125 Bedrooms, in 75 Verbus modules

• Total development 13 stories

• Verbus units mounted on top of the steel frame car park
