1. Sandra Kane Karwel’s US Constitution, Fourteenth Amendment Right to Due Process was violated on November 08, 2016. Section 1, All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

2. Victim Sandra Kane Karwel suffered heinous federal crimes of civil rights to own property and due process US Code Title 18 Chapter 13 Civil Rights. FACTS

1. Sandra Kane Karwel is the victim in this crime. 2. On and around November 08, 2016 and thereafter the Palm Bay Police Department, Brevard Sheriff

Deputies, Robert Lemke, and Robert Lemke’s teenage son did malicious and intentional criminal acts to Sandra Kane Karwel and of her Warranty Deed Home of 48 years; these heinous criminal acts by law enforcement and state agent—Robert Lemke and his son were Home Invasion, Arm-Robbery, and Breaking and Entry.

3. On November 08, 2016 the Palm Bay Police under the direction of Steve Shytle did (State and Federal) criminal acts—punishable by fines and jail time in his individual capacity, subsequent a presentment to the Grand Jury by ramming Sandra Kane Karwel’s front door and breaking into her home.

4. Steve Shytle PBPD did illegal acts— damages of such a nature Sandra Kane Karwel as a victim can successfully sued for remedy in federal court in his official capacity under color of the law due process violations.

5. On November 08, 2016 Robert Lemke did federal (as a state agent) and state criminal acts—punishable by fines and jail time in his individual capacity subsequent a presentment to the Grand Jury.

6. Robert Lemke did illegal acts— damages of such a nature Sandra Kane Karwel as a victim can successfully sued for remedy in federal court (as a state agent).

7. Brevard Sheriff Deputies have documented their involvement on November 08, 2016, and except for two Brevard Sheriff’s Animal Service employees in the process of stealing Sandra Kane Karwel’s dogs, cats, and birds. No Brevard Sheriff’s process server or deputies made contact or service with Sandra Kane Karwel as such Brevard Sheriff Deputies can be sued both individual and in their official capacity.

8. More succinctly, the Palm Bay Police under the direction of Steve Shytle did criminal acts under Florida Statue, Title XLVI Crimes, Chapter 843, Obstructing Justice, F.S. 843.0855 Criminal actions under color of law or through use of simulated legal process.

9. Steve Shytle PBPD did simulation of legal process representing himself as a Brevard County Sheriff Deputy and Process Server in actions of fraud, fake, false and illegal under false pretence landlord/renter eviction.

12. It is a fact, in 1968 when Sandra Kane Karwel’s father purchased the home from General Development, and satisfied the 30 year mortgage in 2000, the home had been in her family for two generations. The home was willed to Sandra Kane Karwel, and she holds Legal Warranty Deed.

13. Steve Shytle PBPD and Palm Bay law enforcement physically—took active participation in stealing everything of value from Sandra Kane Karwel’s home and loaded up realtor Robert Lemke’s car in observation of independent witnesses.

14. Sandra Kane Karwel’s private property like: computers, printers, reams of copy-paper, staples, envelopes, postage stamps, eye-glasses, legal books & dictionaries—Latin, Black Law, and Bouvier, Florida Statues, and Florida Rules of Court were stolen and placed into realtor Robert Lemke’s car in observation of independent witnesses.

15. Sandra Kane Karwel’s private property like: jewelry, heirlooms, designer clothes, shoes, purse, cash, credit cards, PayPal, money, photo ID, Social Security card, antiques, and collectibles were stolen and placed in realtor Robert Lemke’s car by law enforcement in observation of independent witnesses.

16. Sandra Kane Karwel’s private property like: CONFIDENTIAL original documents and attorney privileged communication and correspondence of this lower tribunal case: 05-2013-CA-29797 were stolen by law enforcement and given to realtor Robert Lemke who proclaims himself to be RE Support Service in observation of independent witnesses.

17. The items which Steve Shytle PBPD and the other Palm Bay law enforcement consider less valuable they smashed to the cement driveway in front of witnesses like, Attorney Brynn Brito, her assistant Shelly, Sandra’s sister Sondra Lane Karwel and her friend Pat Workman.

18. By the next day, November 09, 2016, Sandra Kane Karwel’s 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage gated and warranty deed home of 48 years was completely emptied. Exhibit A

The simulation of process under color of law for the break-in is yet not determined as to which type of simulation of false pretence landlord/renter eviction was being perpetrated against Sandra Kane Karwel by Palm Bay Police masking themselves as Brevard County Sheriff and deputies, as it might apply to Florida Statues Part I, Part II, or Part III, as no judicial process was evident in the lower tribunal.

21. Appellant was arrest from inside her locked and gated warranty deed home of 48 years for misdemeanor trespass, and according to Steve Shytle PBPD’s police report the trespass was issued by request of the “new owner Robert Lemke.”

22. Public Records from the Brevard Clerk of Court shows no record of a Robert Lemke owner to Sandra Kane Karwel’s warranty deed home.

23. Appellant was falsely imprisoned for two days. Title XLVI Crimes, F.S. 787.02 False imprisonment; false imprisonment of child under age 13, aggravating circumstances. (1)(a) The term “false imprisonment” means forcibly, by threat, or secretly confining, abducting, imprisoning, or restraining another person without lawful authority and against her or his will.

25. Following the false imprisonment and release, Sandra Kane Karwel’s pets were stolen and taken to the Brevard County Sheriff’s animal shelter, and it was a must she get back and secure the rightful ownership of her pets.

26. At present Sandra Kane Karwel stolen 4 cats and bird are not returned.27. During the Home Invasion all of Sandra Kane Karwel’s court documents were stolen. 28. Sandra Karwel publically addressed the Home Invasion at the Brevard County Commissioners Meeting.29.
