Version of fuse switch disconnector with special screws built-in in it’s base allows faster installation on busbar system using work under tension technology. This reduces considerably the amount of work related to mounting on busbar system in comparison to the typical version, speeds it up and reduces the costs associated with the installation. This solution is also available for version of fuse switch disconnector with hooked clamps.
Die NH-Sicherungslastschaltleiste mit eingebauten speziellen Schrauben erlaubt einen schnellen Einbau auf der Schiene, wobei Arbeiten unter Spannung möglich sind. Das beschleunigt bedeutend die Montagezeit im Verhältnis zur traditionellen Version, was auch die Kosten senken lässt. Diese Lösung ist auch für die Ausführung einer Schaltleiste mit Hakenklemmen möglich.

Built-in current transformersEingebaute StromwandlerLow voltage current transformers are built-in in a such way that they don’t increase the overall dimen-sions of the fuse switch disconnector.
Die Stromwandler werden in das Schaltergehäuse einge-baut.
Fuse switch disconnector is provided with proper detection modules, current transformers and micro switches which enable monitoring of fuse link state, phase currents measurement and operating status of thw switch ( closed/opened).
There are two versions of product available: ` smartARS pro ADVANCE, ` smartARS pro BASIC.
Die NH-Sicherungslastschaltleiste ist mit entsprechenden Detektionsmodulen, Stromwandlern und Miniaturadap-tern ausgestattet, die die Möglichkeit geben, das Schmel-zen der NH-Sicherung festzustellen, den Phasenstrom zu messen und Informationen über die Arbeitsposition (ge-schlossen/geöffnet) zu liefern.

Die Schaltleiste smartARS pro wurde an die Installation in den bestehenden Schaltanlagesystemen angepasst. Ihre Größe und speziell profilierte Gestalt ermöglichen ihre Montage in den Schaltschränken vieler Hersteller, mit gleichzeitiger Nutzung von Deckungsprodukten des jeweiligen Herstellers.
Controlled heat disposalKontrollierte WärmeabfuhrSpecially designed channels located inside the fuse switch disconnector enable better exchange of warm air with it’s surroundings, which significantly improves its operation. Fuse switch disconnector desing utilizes so called „chimney effect”.
Entsprechend entworfene Kanäle, die sich innerhalb der Schaltleiste befinden, ermöglichen einen noch besseren Austausch der warmen Luft, was eine noch bessere Arbeitgarantiert. In der Schaltleiste entsteht der Schornsteinef-fekt.
