Chip Influx ProtectionThe LV Series is incorporated with a protection device to keep chips and other foreign materials from entering the main spindle, ensuring long term high precision performance.

Chute StructureThe sloped bed design improves chip flow and disposal of cutting fluids minimizing thermal displacement.

Right and Left Machine StructureThe LV Series consists of Left and Right machine configuration, allowing for more efficient automation options.(Except LV1100)

Front Operation StructureThe power supply, hydraulic device and lubrication device are all designed to be controlled on the front side of the machine , leading to enhanced user convenience.

Pre-tensioned & Double Anchored Ball screwIn order to eliminate thermal growth and increase accuracy, all axes are driven by high precision double anchored ballscrews.

The double anchored and pretensioned design provides outstanding positioning and repeatability with virtually no thermal growth. Also ball screws are directly connected to the servo drive motors to eliminate backlash.

Each axis is directly connected to a highly reliable digital servo motor to provide high rigidity and minimal thermal displacement.

Fixed Type Column The LV500 Series is designed with a fixed column

to minimize vibration during axial movements.

Max. Turning Dia Due to the structural characteristics of fixed column vertical turning centers, when the length of the workpiece exceeds a certain length the maximum turning diameter decreases. But with the optimally designed side cover of LV500 Series, the maximum turning diameter of Ø550(Ø21.7″) is possible regardless of workpiece length.

Main SpindleThe headstock is designed to maintain a high rate of accuracy even during continuous hours of operation due to the insulating panel and the base of an all-in-one structure utilizing bilateral symmetry which in turn blocks heat.

GuidewayAll axes of the LV1100 Series feature box guideways. Box guideways provide long term rigidity and accuracy even during

heavy duty operations.

Ball ScrewIn order to eliminate thermal growth and increase accuracy, all axes are driven by high precision double anchored ballscrews.

The double anchored and pretensioned design provides outstanding positioning and repeatability with virtually no thermal growth. Also ball screws are directly connected to the servo drive motors to eliminate backlash.
