VETUSTA ROBLE 2015 RED OAK TYPE OF GRAPE: 100% Tempranillo ELABORATION: we make a double selection, first in the field and later in the cellar. The grapes enter without breaking in deposit and they are cooled to obtain an intracellular fermentation in the first days to conserve all the characteristics of our grapes. Once the wine was made, it was introduced into 50% french and american oak barrels for 4 months. Of our youngest vineyards, TASTING: and shiny. Fresh aroma of ripe black fruits with subtle fragrance to well-matched french and american woods. In the mouth very structured, full-bodied. Very tasty with notes of dark chocolate and coffee. Deep red color with violet trim, clean HARVEST CAMPAIGN2015: was characterized by a dry summer that was corrected with a rainy season end (end of September), which allowed a great concentration of sugars in the grape and a very good color extraction, giving us recommended wines for the guard. VIDES: a production of 5000 kg/ha selected in our "Hoyo Verde"–plot with sandy and limestone soil. The Harvest was made in trailers of 3000kgs with a maximum time of one hour from the collection to the deposit. ELABORATION: we make a double selection, first in the field and later in the cellar. The grapes enter without breaking in deposit and they are cooled to obtain an intracellular fermentation in the first days to conserve all the characteristics of our grapes.
