Numerous user windows are available to view and update customer activity. All product specifications are easy to retrieve. Each product displays the vital physical specifications such as inks, paper, press sheet size, dies, and finishing processes. A photo of each respective product is displayed. A specification sheet can also be printed.

Emailing of reports is automatic. No need to use attachments or specify recipients. This can all be hard-coded into the program to further automate this inventory communication tool. E-mail, as are other modules within the product, is password protected.
