WHY DID WE CHOOSE THIS TOPIC?
It has been rightly said by Isaac Bickerstaff,” Health is the greatest of all possessions –a pale cobbler is better than a sick king”.
As fitness has been an important aspect of every individual’s life, it was ideally the best topic I could choose for EUMIND. Keeping fit improves one’s body and mind. Our sports coaches always emphasize on the importance of eating healthy and being fit. Researching on this topic will provide an opportunity to gain a lot of knowledge and will be a great learning experience.
