DECISION AND REASONS FOR DECISION

section 153 of the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 for

an internal review of a decision to refuse to grant a

renewable limited licence for the premises trading as

Boutique Wine & Spirits located at Unit 3/190 Graham

Street, Port Melbourne VIC 3207.

The Commission has determined to set aside the

decision of the Delegate, and in substitution, grant the

application for a renewable limited licence subject to the

conditions set out in Appendix A
