We share in your excitement that your trip to Vietnam is finally almost here.

This tour booklet provides an outline of the highlights of your trip and a detailed itinerary with flight and hotel details for you and those at home who may want to contact you. It also includes information that will be useful while you are in Vietnam. All the information is subject to change due to any circumstances beyond our control.

Name BadgePlease wear this upon arrival in Hanoi so that our staff can recognize you and whenever you are participating in a tour program.

Baggage TagsBe sure that each of your bags, including your check-in bag, has a completed KIconcerts baggage tag affixed.

Other things to note:

Airline TicketsThe tickets for Delta Airlines and Cathay Pacific (Dragon Air) were issued electronically as 2 separate tickets. Copies are not necessary for airport check-in as long as you have your passport and flight information.

PassportYour passport is vital. Take care of it at all times. Do not pack it in your check-in baggage and do not leave it lying around. Keep a copy of your passport separate from your passport.

VisaKIconcerts has obtained the visa for you to enter Vietnam. A printed copy of your visa has been given to Dr. Broeker. You will need to present the copy of the visa along with your valid passport upon arrival at the Hanoi airport.
