Intellipodcast is a software platform that has been created incorporating all the latest Web 2.0+ tools and technologies in one software implementation including audio, video, blogs, RSS feeds, tagging, social networking, instant messaging, forums and e-commerce.

While other social and new media sites have pieces and parts of all these things in place, Intellipodcast is the only system that incorporates all of the above-mentioned technologies. The competitive advantage is for Intellipodcast clients to have the ability to create a social community with multiple new media communication tools on any site, behind a firewall or on the internet and grow their audience base, earn revenue, communicate with their audience directly and keep them engaged on the site.

The pricing for the licensing and implementation is as follows: $50,000 licensing fee 1st year which includes

software platform, customization costs up to 150 hours of The Company’s programming and actual program implementation onto clients’ web servers and FMS servers or intranet servers

$3 per user, per year license fee starting month 2 after implementation, which includes all program software updates and patches.

Nan Shastry, CEO Nan graduated summa cum laude from Marshall University.

Previously at Honeywell she developed e-learning courses, narrating, adding sound, flash and media, worked in IT as well creating websites, knowledge communities, podcasting courses online , and helping to implement a large scale LMS system.

Starting in 2001 Nan started Brainy Betty offering PowerPoint templates and backgrounds and built the site to where it is # 1 on Google for numerous keywords and phrases and is currently frequented on an average by 250,000+ national and international visitors every month. The site is #11,500 out of the top 100,000 U.S. sites as ranked by Quantcast statistics. Her professional and technical background can be viewed at LinkedIn online.

Ravi Shastry, COO Ravi, a chemical engineer by education worked in the pigment

industry for numerous years in various capacities ranging from Project Management to Plant Manager. Most recently, he was a certified Six Sigma Lean Black Belt stream lining operations at different locations of Sun Chemical throughout the US. Ravi brings project and operations management expertise along with financial skills and experience to the team.
