Viewing SJR State’s Course Schedule and Student’s Schedule

How do I find SJR State’s online course schedule?

Go to SJR State’s website: http://www.sjrstate.edu/
Put the cursor over the Students’ tab. Do not click the tab. You will see a drop down box. Click on courses/registration.

Then, click on view course availability.
Step 1: Select TermStep 2: Select CampusStep 3: Choose a Schedule: College Credit
Note: Internet based courses are online courses

Course schedule will appear. The courses are in alphabetical order according to their course prefix.

Click on the course you wish to register. The screen that appears will give you all the information
about the course.

Choosing the correct section or CRN# of a courseThe course description is located at the top of the page. The description explains if the course has a prerequisite or co-requisite as well as gives an overview of course material and learning outcomes in the course.

Important areas are marked by the red rectangles. The 5 digit CRN#’s are very important. Please pay attention to the CRN#. Students are registered by the CRN/ Section #’s so a wrong CRN/Section #’s will result in the student being registered for the wrong section and/or course.

Both the respective science lecture and the lab have to be taken together. Example: Both the selected sections of lecture and lab have to be open for the student to be registered in the science course (lecture and lab). In the example below the student would not be for BSC 2085 and BSC 2085L (lab) because the 22027 – lecture is closed.

Click on a science lecture. Click on the CRN# for more information (co-requisite, etc.). In this example, 21070 has been selected.

This particular lecture section has a specific co-requisite lab section of 21071.The student is responsible for selecting the correct science lecture and lab sections.

Step 1: Log into your MySJRstate account.Step 2: Click on the dual enrollment tab.

Step 3: Under Dual Enrollment Quick Links click “Print Schedule/Bill”.

Select the term you are wanting to view. Click Submit.

Click on “SJR State View Online Schedule Bill” to view your schedule.

No courses on schedule mean that the student is not registered for any courses. Reasons are : 1) section closure/seating availability (most frequent reason) 2) prerequisite test score/issues 3) science and lab sections that are paired together were not selected.
