Silverwood Elementary PTA, 1649 Claycord Ave, Concord, CA 94521 September/October 2016 – Request for Community Support Greetings! On behalf of the Silverwood Elementary School PTA, we invite you all to attend our Annual Fall Festival! This fun Carnival Event will be held on Friday, October 21st 2016 at Silverwood Elementary School from 4:00 – 8:00 PM. There will be carnival games, an obstacle course, a cake walk, a butterfly tent, food sales, CCC Fire Engine, Concord PD K9 Demonstration, pumpkin decorating, a raffle, a Lego station, face painting, martial arts demonstrations, and much more. This is a great opportunity to introduce your business to local families and friends of Silverwood. Our school has just about 500 students and our community events are traditionally well attended. We are asking for your support with a DONATION of ______________________________________! All donors will receive recognition of their generosity at the event! Our PTA is a tax-exempt nonprofit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS, so your donation is tax-deductible. Our Federal Tax ID/EID Number is 23-7406181. A Donation Receipt is available. The proceeds from this event will go directly towards enhancing the education of our students. The PTA provides funds for enriching projects such as school assemblies, books for reading clubs, attendance awards, technology, field trip scholarships, and events such as the Science Fair and Talent Show.
