1. Sign Language Interpretation & Open CaptioningOff The Record performances will be Auslan interpreted and captioned.

2. Audio DescriptionAudience members may also access Audio Description for the 1pm performance on Friday 19 August, the 2pm performance on Saturday 20 August and the 8pm performance on Saturday 20 August.

3. Venue Access at CarriageworksCarriageworks is located at 245 Wilson Street, Eveleigh. The venue has wheelchair ramp and level access at all entrances. There is level access and accessible seating available in all venues. Toilets are fully accessible.

4. Accessible Ticketing at Carriageworks

Accessible SeatingAccessible seating can be booked via Ticketmaster Customer Services Centre on 136 100 (option 8) between 9am and 9pm, Monday to Saturday and 9am to 5pm Sunday. Outside these hours, requests for accessible seating can be submitted via the Ticketmaster Accessible Tickets button. This button is located on the right hand side of the page of each Carriageworks event listed on Ticketmaster website.

Carriageworks provides for up to two accompanying patrons to purchase tickets within the accessible seating area. Any further patrons in the party will be required to purchase seats from the general allocation

Accessible seating is released for general sale from two hours prior to the performance, or earlier at venue request, pending ticket sales.

Companion CardholdersCompanion Cardholders will not be required to pay for the cost of tickets for their carer. At the time of ticket purchase cardholders may fax, email or send by mail a copy of their valid cardholder identification to Ticketmaster. Alternatively, the Card may be presented in person at a Ticketmaster Box Office. Cardholders will then be issued with a second ticket (complimentary) for their essential support companion.
