From movie personally observed two characters and both of them are seems to be same one is shastis husband satish , and second one daughter sapna.

They always the her for granted , mock her poor English skills and generally treat her with disrespect making shashi feel negative & insecure

They used to leave in mental blocks that we can with growing body & stagnant mind.

For such personalities an open mind as a growing psycho-logy creates amazing personality change & recognition , growth.

Talk about the better time management in the movie what sat of time management skills he/she was opting ?

I observed from movie I guess shashi seems to be great time manger when she used to leave In India there she only born to make LADOOS.

But when she mores for us for an marriage ceremony but in such a tough condition she mangos time to attend her daily English classes.

We can say that if any one stay focused on the goal and get your priorities right then sky is the only limit.

The one who have leader ship qualities as I found is the one and only shashi’s niece and meera’s sister , RADHA find out her secret English classes and is supportive of her purist

One every aspect or I any situation she used to help shahi, she motivates her for giving exam.
