Villa Burali Site Inspection October 29th 2014
Ceremony Solution A
After looking at all the
spaces available at the
Villa, we think that the best
area to hold the symbolic
ceremony is the little
garden that’s right next to
“the patio”.
Simona told me that this
year they are going to do
some changes, like
constructing a parking
area (look at the image)
and extend the room that
they use for indoor
weddings (she told me that
these works will be
complete before your
wedding).
Garden Area for Ceremony (Solution A)
Based on your request on
finding the area that looks
more “natural” for the
ceremony, we thought that
this little garden might be
ideal. But there’s just a little
challenge here: the trees!!!!
Ceremony (Solution B):
There’s another area that
can also be good for the
ceremony. It’s a bigger
garden that it’s behind the
main Villa.
This is the garden. The
challenge here again are
the trees and also the
background. From here
you can see the
neighbour’s property and
yesterday he had a truck
and it was a little bit messy.
(see the photo above).
Truck Van
Welcome Cocktail
This is the area for the
welcome cocktail. They
will remove the tables
and chairs and make it
look pretty.
In case of bad weather, I
will suggest to use this
area for the ceremony
(we’ll need a marquee).
Dinner
This is the room for the
dinner reception.
This is the one that is
going to be extended
this year.
In case of bad weather,
this is going to be the
area for dinner and
party.
Party & Dancing
Dancing Area
Finally, after the dinner
reception, you’ll move to
the pool area for the
after party and dancing.
