Ryder Training Division

The training division provides professional, comprehensive, practical training.Our programs fuse between the Zimbabwe knowledge and methodologies forcounter-terrorism and security, and our instructor’s extensive operationalbackground in the official and private sectors. CLOSE PROTECTION TEAMS

Due to the escalating crime rate, there is a growing need in Zimbabwe and Africa for closeprotection security. "Fly by night" operators with the "gift of the gab” often secure contractsat greatly reduced rates. In order to remain financially viable, these operators neglecttraining and underpay their under qualified personnel. This type of scenario is typical of theprivate security companies in Zimbabwe and has resulted in the industry as a whole beingregarded with suspicion.
