How long do I stay a VIP?You will have all the VIP perks for one year

when you refer your third person to our o�ce. You remain a VIP patient by referring at least one person to our o�ce every year

from your last referral.

Do I have to refer 3 people again if I don’t refer within a year?

Nope! After you are a VIP once, you only need to refer one person in a year to

“reactivate” your VIP status.

How does the whitening work?When you become a VIP, you get one free

Zoom In-Chair Whitening session and Zoom take home trays with tubes. You will get new tubes at every hygiene appoint-

ment as long as you are an active VIP.Note: The Free Zoom In-Chair whitening is a one time deal valid only for the first

6 months of your VIP status.
