In 1922: Vippy group started cotton trading and set up ginning & pressing facility.

In 1973: Vippy Solvex ( currently known as Vippy Industries Ltd.) was set up by Mr. Vimal Chand Mutha & Late Mr. Prakash Mutha (Founder & Managing Director).

In 1986: Company went for IPO and got listed on Bombay Stock Exchange.

In 2014: Company got delisted from Bombay Stock Exchange.

• Established in 1973, Vippy Industries Limited is Pioneer in soya bean processing in India.

• Having 3 Soya bean processing plants with combined capacity of 1800MT/day at Dewas.

• Annual turnover for Financial Year 2014-15 was US $ 155.5 Millions.
