COMES NOW John C. Whitbeck Jr., Esquire, counsel for the Defendant and moves this

Honorable Court to grant him leave to withdraw as counsel in the above-styled matter. As grounds

for said Motion Counsel states that the Defendant has requested and consented to Counsel's

withdrawal and a conflict in representation has arisen necessitating Counsel's withdrawal.
