It’s your time to impressAt O&B, we understand that fundraising events and galas are vital for your organization. While in-person events may be a challenge, we all need to find creative ways to get together, even if we are staying apart.

We want to help you reach your fundraising goals by providing a “wow” experience for your guests. By providing an elevated dining experience and other value-adds, we can help ensure a higher ticket price to your event, to maximize your fundraising efforts.

What O&B Brings to the TableWe can put together a gala meal for your guests that will replicate the in-person experience. Your guests can receive a heat and serve meal, crafted in our kitchens, or a chef kit, that will allow them to cook like an O&B chef at home. All meal kits come with full instructions and are five to eight steps of cooking. If you are looking for a more casual, cocktail-style event, our reception meals are complete with all the fixings for a beautiful spread.

For added value, we can name the menu after one of our unique restaurants — so you can invite your guests to a Canoe or Auberge du Pommier dinner experience, for example.

All guests will receive their meals delivered right to their doorstep in time to log on for your event.

Our delivery team is also happy to work with you to assist in delivery of any additional items you want to provide, such as sponsored wine, or a swag bag, and we can feature any sponsor logos on our boxes and printed materials in each box.

Platform Partnerships Working with our partners at Encore, we can help facilitate every aspect of your gala. Through the latest developments in virtual events, your guests can join one another at a “table” via video, or in a networking space that will allow them to connect virtually. This presents a great opportunity to still capture on corporate tables, while giving guests the opportunity for mingling and networking.

If networking is not required, we can also simply provide a broadcast platform, so you can have live presentations or entertainment.

We’ve also created a virtual stage at Arcadian, located right downtown at Queen & Bay. For any of your speakers that may require a backdrop, we can offer a space for you to film, partnering with Encore event services.

With over 25 years in the foodservice industry, and a proven reputation for executing large scale events, you can trust that we will provide your guests with excellent food, professionally delivered on time.

Our chef teams are passionate about what they do, from creating custom menus to fit your event’s theme, to leading live interactive chef demonstrations for small groups, or creating recorded presentations of cooking and plating that can be shared with thousands of attendees. Or maybe you want to have guests post their finished dishes on social media and have our chefs provide feedback on their final creations. Whatever your goals, our creative cooking team stands ready to think outside the meal kit box.

We are proud to say that we’ve served over 10,000 guests virtually since May of 2020, so while this is still a new business we are in, we’ve quickly adapted and are experienced in the routing and logistics it takes to pull off a large-scale event, across Ontario, or even Canada.

Our teams in Saskatoon, Calgary, Edmonton and Montreal are all happy and ready to support in providing meals for guests that you may have out of town. One of our event specialists can talk you through the options of involving guests that are not located in Ontario.

We are also happy to work with you to provide additional fundraising incentives, such as a gift for an auction — whether it’s a dinner certificate for a dining experience, or a grand prize of a catered event at someone’s home.
