I went from not exercising at all to doing most of the classes and now walking

every day after work thanks to you guys! Sitting at a desk all day definitely takes a

toll on your health. I really hope there is some way to continue the virtual classes

after the fitness centers open!

You did a great job transitioning this course to a virtual setting. I

was actually more comfortable doing the stretches and poses in

my own home.

It was nice to allow private chat to ask questions while also

having the ability to talk on an open mic.

This session was very uplifting, positive and hands on. A joy

from the normal sessions. Thank you!

This class was awesome! I've never been a fan of working out at home

because I like the competition/motivation of group workouts. This workout

was tough, got me sweating and I wasn't bored at all. My kids also loved

watching me toss a pillow around!
