Education Session Examples
Remote Ready: Navigating a new work environment and structure can be

your routine, find balance and feel more at ease while you work to balance
working from home, and of course, the personal responsibilities we all still have.
The Power of Positivity: This session provides strategies for practicing
positivity in the face of challenge. As one of the cornerstones of resiliency,
attendees will learn about the health benefits of positivity as well as keys to
happiness during these unprecedented times.
Movement in the Now: What movement and exercise looked like for you a few
months ago might be different than what it looks like now. Whether you are an
avid exerciser or just wanting to get started, we know that movement is so
important for our mental, emotional and physical health. Join this session to
learn how to make movement work for you, right here, right now.
Facing Uncertainty with Resilience and Hope: This session is based on the
work of Dr. Brené Brown in her book The Gifts of Imperfection. You will walk
away with tools and how-to’s for practicing resiliency to build hope for yourself
and those close to you.
Mindful Eating: Introduction to the concept of mindful eating and a helpful tool
called the BASICS. After this session, you will be able to practice using the
BASICS to help you eat more mindfully and be present with your body, mind
and food at your own pace.

and healthy recipe using basic ingredients.
Healthy Cooking Demonstrations
An exercise physiologist or health coach will take participants on a virtual walk once per week. The
coach share discuss a health and wellness topic such as walking for meditation or how to incorporate
strength training into the walk. Perhaps you encourage participants to continue walking on their own
throughout the week and share pictures or messages via email or a social media group.

I went from not exercising at all to doing most of the classes and now walking
every day after work thanks to you guys! Sitting at a desk all day definitely takes a
toll on your health. I really hope there is some way to continue the virtual classes
after the fitness centers open!
You did a great job transitioning this course to a virtual setting. I
was actually more comfortable doing the stretches and poses in
my own home.
It was nice to allow private chat to ask questions while also
having the ability to talk on an open mic.
This session was very uplifting, positive and hands on. A joy
from the normal sessions. Thank you!
This class was awesome! I've never been a fan of working out at home
because I like the competition/motivation of group workouts. This workout
was tough, got me sweating and I wasn't bored at all. My kids also loved
watching me toss a pillow around!
