To receive your rebate, please follow the steps below: 1. Include a copy or the original receipt. The receipt
must verify the customer name, place purchased from, purchase date, price and part number. (Packing slips are not a receipt)
2. The original UPC barcode label from the Gibson box. Cut the label off the box. Rebates submitted without the UPC label may be rejected. (If you have the product installed make sure the installer keeps the box for you) see example shown to the right.
