Strategic Goal 4Planning: Delta College engages in a regular, inclusive, District-wide strategic planning processes through Program Review, Enrollment Management Planning and the Comprehensive Master Plan with a 10% increase in rates of student enrollment as well as in their rates of improved retention, completion and transfer.

Strategic Goal 5Fiscal Responsibility: Delta College maintains a sustainable budget through a transparent process that prioritizes equity and responsiveness to the evolving needs of our student community, through:• Maintaining 10% budget reserves;• Holding budget managers accountable;• Providing monthly reports to budget managers; and • Engaging in responsible bargaining strategies.

Strategic Goal 6Capital Projects: Delta College maintains a sustainable budget through a Delta College develops and implements plans for all District service areas through a Comprehensive Master Plan that is responsive to our student andcommunity needs through:• Completion of Current Bond and Capital Projects with regular

progress reports provided (a minimum of once per semester);• Bi-annual review and revision of the Comprehensive Master

Plan for improved performance and greater efficiencies; and

• Determining finance options for capital improvement projects as identified in the Comprehensive Master Plan.

Strategic Goal 7Foundation: Develop a strategic plan for the Delta College Foundation that focuses on developing an alumni association as well as program improvements, support for and reduction in equity gaps related to student completion and employment metrics.

Strategic Goal 8Accreditation: Delta College will complete ACCJC’s Institutional Self Evaluation Report in Fall 2019 as well as receive full ACCJC Accreditation in 2020.
