Ezekiel 47•  Measuring as he went, he took me along

the stream for 1,750 feet and then led me across. The water was up to my

ankles. 4 He measured off another 1,750 feet and led me across again. This time

the water was up to my knees. After another 1,750 feet, it was up to my

waist. 5 Then he measured another 1,750 feet, and the river was too deep to walk

across. It was deep enough to swim in, but too deep to walk through.

Revelation 22

Then the angel showed me a river with the water of life, clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb. 2 It

flowed down the centre of the main street. On each side of the river grew a tree of life,

bearing twelve crops of fruit, with a fresh crop each month. The leaves were used for

medicine to heal the nations.

John 4• Jesus replied, “If you only knew the gift

God has for you and who you are speaking to, you would ask me, and I

would give you living water.”

• “Anyone who drinks this water will soon become thirsty again. 14 But those who

drink the water I give will never be thirsty again. It becomes a fresh, bubbling

spring within them, giving them eternal life.”

John 7:38

“Anyone who is thirsty may come to me! Anyone who believes in me may come and drink! For the Scriptures

declare, ‘Rivers of living water will flow

from his heart.’” 39 When he said “living water,” he was speaking of the Spirit, who would be given to everyone believing in him.
