ELECTRONICA AUTOMOTIVE CONFERENCE
The communication and networking event in the automotive sector at Planet e. With speakers from upper management and some 300 participants from 18 countries, this event was very successful again in 2012. Our three highlight topics in 2014 are Lighting, Sensor Fusion and Connectivity.
November 10, 2014 at the ICM (Internationales Congress Center München)
Begins with 3 keynotes:
• “Lighting” (Dr. Wolfgang Huhn/AUDI AG)
• “Sensor Fusion” (Jean-Francois Tarabbia/Valeo)
• “Connectivity” (Prof. Dr. Hermann Eul / Intel Corporation)
These three introductions will be followed by separate conference tracks on each topic.
Concluding discussion on the topic: “What effects do the massive market shifts eastward have on the European automobile industry’s capacity for innovation?”
The conference will be held in English.

IT2INDUSTRY CONFERENCE
New in 2014: This conference will tell you how information and communi- cation technology is being used to network production operations and the industrial world in entirely new ways. Infrastructure, process know-how, software-intensive embedded systems: The IT2Industry Conference will focus on the latest key developments.

12 lectures in two parallel tracks
Topics: Best Practice examples of Industry 4.0, scientific lectures, M2M communication, new business models
The conference will be held in German with simultaneous translation into English.
EMBEDDED PLATFORMS CONFERENCE
Leading suppliers and independent experts will give participants a look at the ecosystems of modern embedded platforms. The conference was attended by 215 participants from 17 countries in 2012 and is closely linked to the exhibition sector for embedded systems in Hall A6.

Lectures by processor manufacturers, OS/RTOS companies, tool manufacturers, manufacturers of embedded-computing solutions, distributors and independent experts

WIRELESS CONGRESS 2014: SYSTEMS & APPLICATIONS
Industry specialists discuss significant developments that pertain to current and future wireless technologies. Organized by “Elektronik” magazine in close cooperation with electronica and the German Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers’ Association (ZVEI), this first-rate congress has been one of the industry’s most important events for years.
November 12–13, 2014 at the ICM (Internationales Congress Center München)
Deals with technical aspects, especially for industrial use
Gives insights into the latest applications, security aspects, standards and market opportunities
Leading topics: Bluetooth, ZigBee, wireless sensor networks, WLAN and data networks, 4G LTE mobile communication, automotive wireless, navigation, health and medical wireless applications, M2M and automation as well as energy harvesting/power management
