ISDEF supports international attendees in their efforts to secure the needed travel documentation. To receive a Letter of Invitation, delegates must first register for the expo before a Letter of Invitation will be issued. The invitation letter will be sent to you via Email only. ISDEF cannot send letters of invitation via express mail services.

Please understand that ISDEF will not contact any Embassy on behalf of any participant.

The process of obtaining a visa may take time, so please plan ahead and begin the application process early.
