As the temperature drop, its time to switch fromfoamy shower gels to more moisturizing cleansersand soaps. Look for products with some added oils.
Cold weather leads to low humidity, which leadsto dry skin and dry airways. Add humidity to theair in your room with an electric humidier.
Take warm, not hot, showers in the winter. And keep it short! Apply a rich moisturizers immediately after a shower. This locks in your skins natural moisture.
Try a rich body lotion or a cream with alpha-hydroxy acid to exfoliate the dryscales while hydrating your thirsty skin.(Vive favorite is Eucerin).
Fight back against dry hands and cracked ngertips that result from overexposure todry cold air and excessive hand washing. Applya rich hand cream to seal those cracks while you sleep. Apply before going to bed after you washyour hands.

The One Sexy Thing Youre Not Giving Him Enough Of
No, not that. And not that other thing either. Were talking about cuddling. Really. Researchers just discovered it could be the secret to a blissfully happy relationship.
source woman health
Be the big spoon. We know, we just turned your universe upside-down. But if women can run Fortune 500 companies, get elected to office, and drive race cars, we can be the larger of the two utensils too. This isnt just about exercising your rights as a woman though. Being the big spoon can be more pleasurable for both you and your guy.
Then further tweak your spooning technique. As an eating device, the spork totally sucks (seriously, whats the point?), but as a cuddling position, it rocks. Heres how you spork: Start in spooning position (youre the little spoon this time). But instead of laying on your side with your knees touching each other, lay on your back (still in the crevice of his big spoon, though). Leave your bottom leg aligned with his legs, but throw the top leg over his. Its more comfortableno dead arm for youand it allows you to kiss, unlike when youre spooning.
Hold his forearm. Hand-holding is great in theory and romantic comedies. In a lot of real life situations and heat waves, it can be kind of awk (sweaty and clammy. Did we mention the heat wave?) Holding his forearm or the crook of his elbow; however, may sound strange, but its actually a pretty genius move. Mens forearms are loaded with lots of nerve endings so touching him there will give him the warm and fuzzies. Plus, this move will make him feel like such a manly man. (Think of how couples used to walk in old time movies, the woman gripping his forearm as if she couldnt walk down the street without him. Not that were all for that kind of relationship but we can be big spoons, remember.)
Let him use your lap as a pillow. Next time youre watching TV together, sit at one end of the couch and have him lay down with his head resting on your thighs. His scalp is jam-packed with pleasure-sensing nerves and experts are constantly telling us that mens ears are super sensitive to the touch as well. Treat him to a noggin massage then suggest he return the favor.
Its stereotype-breaking time: A recent study of over 1,000 coupled -up people found that frequent cuddling was a predictor of relationship happiness and longevity among guys. And whats more, gens who got that kind of TLC from their partners reported being more satised than the ones who didnt.
You might be surprised, but psychologist and sex therapist wasnt. Men almost globally report enjoying when their partners initiate this type of touching." Its all about sharing physically intimate moments and touching him in a way that sends the message, I want to be with you, I choose you, I like being and feeling close to you. Not sure how to get that message across? Here are four get-close moves that will boost your twosome happiness and if done in public, wont make others gag. Much.

When we arrived at our interview location, the beautiful Daniela Backer was there drenched with excitement and so were we; I knew we were in for a treat. Daniela was rocking her long authentic twists; she was wearing jeans, white tee and heels. This Boho-chic beauty was ready to bare all about who she is; no holds bar! As a first generation Haitian-American born and raised in South Florida; Daniela expresses her genuine love for her hometown here in Florida and professes that she cannot see herself living anywhere else. Daniela is the first of four children to attend college and receive a graduate degree. In her own words, I was always an outgoing, loud and free-spirited girl and everyone always told me that I should be an attorney. She reminisces about being in the fourth grade and doing a mock trial where she did the opening statement. That is when she discovered her love for defending peoples rights and speaking up on behalf of others; so she decided that she wanted to be an attorney. When asked to describe herself this is what she had to say, I love to laugh and make other people laugh, I am the silliest of my business partners and my friends think I am goofy. I love dancing around and being silly with the kids. When I am in the office I skip in the halls or break out in ballerina moves (never took a ballet class in my life). I am super carefree and I am not easily embarrassed and I enjoy the simple things in life. It sounds clich but I love rainbows, I enjoy watching planes take off and I am just thankful that I have never had an accident on 95 while taking my eyes off the road to watch the planes come in. Happily married, Daniela blushingly shares how much she has been recently sweating her husband of five years, Patrick Backer. She expresses that she enjoys hanging out and traveling to other countries such as Egypt and Paris together. Their union produced a beautiful baby girl named Camille who is now two years old; Daniela describes as her heartbeat!
Daniela attended FAU as an undergrad and studied criminal justice. She took a year off from school with the hopes of becoming a flight attendant to travel the world. She bragged about being the perfect flight attendant, so she applied for a job with American Airlines and did not get the job. With no success at American Airlines, Daniela applied with United Airlines, but misfortune soon followed as she was denied the job. She said she could not understand why she wasnt being hired; then, shortly after, the horrible events of 911 occurred. Daniela solemnly summed up her job misfortune as a blessing in disguise and calls it her God-Intervention. This propelled her to refocus on her life and to continue the journey of becoming an attorney. She then applied to law school at St. Thomas University and was accepted. Although she enjoyed being in law school but expressed how different it was for her in comparison to the other students. A lot of my classmates have parents who are lawyers and who paved the way for them; I felt like the underdog not having the same privilege as they. I didnt have the lavish lifestyle
