call center sales process
We ensure that we can install and service the client based up on their address
We require a 600+ FICO score to qualify for our standard pricing
We customize a package based upon customer’s specific home and needs
Also qualifies commercial accounts as needed (see add’l back up)
We work with the customer to find a convenient time for our Field Service Professional to install the Vivint system
We collect a first payment that serves as a refundable deposit to complete the sales process and secure a time on the schedule
We complete a quick ‘welcome call’ to ensure sales quality and clarity on customer expectations

Pre-Install SurveyRep Hand-off
Sales rep will initiate call into Vivint, explain the customer situation, and provide Vivint rep with their identifying number
post sale processes
At least one day prior to the scheduled appointment, an account manager will call the customer to confirm the appointment
The FSP does a walk-through of the residence, agrees with customer on location for equipment, coverage of home
The FSP completes the installation and trains the customer on how to use their new Vivint system
Customer signs contract with Vivint
We ensure that the customer is satisfied with their system prior to leaving
First invoice is sent to the customer 30 days after installation
Note: the customer generally has a 3 day right of rescission (ROR) to opt out of the contract
