when used stand-alone.Through web application on central Win2003 server with SQL or Oracle database, when used in centrally managed multi-site and multi-lane environments.
Vehicle Management Controller
(such as safety and detection loops, barriers and
cameras). Traffic lights can also be controlled
according to traffic signal controller regulations.
Moreover the VMC also manages equipment for
communication to the user. The integrated process
design of the VMC ensures safe, secure and flexible
operation of the vehicle gate at all times.

The VMC has full integrated access control functionality and supports multiple identification technologies simultaneously. Flexible authorization structures are available to allow tailored access for each user to every situation.
Web based remote managementThe installation can be managed remotely through the web
to allow for management of multiple sites from a central
location resulting in reduced
operational costs. Even manual
and emergency access can
be provided remotely.
Detailed log An extensive event log registers all vehicle passages and
provides information regarding the status of the gate.
Combined with camera images, this gives a clear indication
of the situation around the gate at any given moment.
Automatic Visitor Management Automatic visitor management is available based on ANPR tech-
nology providing visitors a warm welcome without obstruction.
Counting groups per company Vehicles entering business parks are automatically counted and
allo cated per company to allow limited vehicle access per company.
Easy integration The Wiegand pass through allows for easy integration of the VMC
in any application where access is already controlled by the
existing access panel. The open database connec tion allows for
easy integration into existing management applications.
Easy upgrade Upgrade of new or customer specific policies can easily be
implemented by means of software, without change of hardware.
Urban accessInner cities are being closed for motorised traffic to improve
shopping environment and reduce air pollution. Limited
access for vehicles is provided i.e. for deliveries and
contrac tors. Of course emergency vehicles will get unlimited
and automated access. The Vehicle Gate Management
System gives the municipality the option to restrict vehicle
access and tailor the
access for permitted
vehicles based on
preferred route, date and
time and environmental
specifications of the
vehicle.
Business parksAccess of authorized personnel and easy announcement
and access of authorized visitors offers efficient secure
management of the business park. Secured vehicle access
to business parks reduces the need for securtiy personnel
driving around. The access to the business park can be
locked automatically or
triggered by burglar alarm
systems of residing
companies. Theft drops
to zero when vehicle
access is controlled
on business parks.
Gated communities, residential Vehicle access to gated communities and residential
car parks can be managed remotely offering a higher
service and efficiency level for the user at reduced
operational costs.
Fully integrated access control!
Perimeter security Secure perimeter access can be achieved
by highly secure control and management of
vehicle access to the perimeter. Especially
relevant to government and military facilities,
airports, ports and sensitive industrial facilities
like petrochemical plants.
