. CONDITIONS OF SALE.

I. The highest bidder to be tile purchaser, and if any dispute arise between two or more bidders, the Lot so disputed shall be put up again and resold.

2. No person to advance less than Is.-abo>e two pounds 2s. and so on in proportion.

3. The purchasers to pay .t25 per Cent. as a deposit in part of payment for each Lot, and to give in their names and places of abode if required. In default of which, the Lot to be put up again and resold.

4 . The Lots are sold with all faults and errors of every description, and are to be removed from Mr. \VATSON's Offices, on llfonclay (JIId Tttuday tlw I8tlt and 19th insts. payment of the remainder of the purchase money being first made.
