1.1 Purpose and scope The purpose of this document is to provide detail of the Vodafone One Business Windows desktop client version 22.4.1.178, in particular: • New features and enhancements.• Operational updates.

New functionality includes a new My Room invitation screen, plus an Add New button which creates new contacts and groups. The Register for Telephone function enables web linked calls from the client. There are also refreshed icons.

2.1 Add new The Add button has been moved from near the search and dial window, up next to the My Room button.

It now controls creating new contacts, groups and sending internal My Room invitations to multiple people at the same time.

2.3 Setting up click to call This function enables Tel and Callto web links, to enable Click to Call if set up. The client can click a phone number on a web page and have the Communicator launch and dial the number.

Process: File Options Outgoing Register now.

Because of registering the telephone, when a web link is first clicked the support process will commence.

2.4 Support for dialling web linked numbers Once a web linked number is dialled, users will then be prompted to select One Business:

This will automatically launch and place the call from the desktop.

2.5 Active call icons The active call icons have been refreshed.
