VOID alleged METER REPLACEMENT NOTIFICATION

QUESTIONS “&” ANSWERS

Q: Today, about half an hour ago ... “a knock on the door” … A man donning a BC HYDRO Blue Jumpsuit with a BC HYDRO / CORIX sewn on logo badge. Here to change our meters with what he said was not smart meters. They were plastic, light and ... digital analogue meters. We said no thank you. We were the 4 or 5th house in our neighbourhood that said no. We all put our foot down and said NO!

I told him that I personally do not trust anything that BC HYDRO says, especially after that big courier pouch they sent, attempting to trick us out of our existing rights – to unknowingly sign something so slithery, as to enter a new contract for the so called "LEGACY METER" fee – just to keep what we already have. I said no offence, I simply do not trust anything BC HYDRO has to say.

What is it we need to do now? We have just taken fresh pictures of our meters.

A: We know that when BC Hydro and the Lieutenant Governor in Council did not rebut our notices, they agreed that their notices were fatally defective, and that all of the terms and conditions in our notices, were the new lawful agreement between the parties.

1. COR and NOD vs. Alleged Smart Metering Program2. NOFD-BCH vs. Alleged Meter Choices Program3. NOFD-LGIC vs. Alleged Order in Council 391, Direction No.4 to the BCUC 4. CN-BCUC vs. Alleged BCUC Meter Choices Program Decision 5. Refusal Statement vs. Alleged Legacy Meter Charge and Failed Installation Fees

So what does the Supreme Court of Canada say about documents that are deemed to be fatally defective (i.e. False documents):

R. v. Gaysek, supra: "To be false in a material particular, a ... statement or account must be false in reference to the very purpose for which it was created ... Once a given document is established as a false document, the offence of forgery-in-law follows as a matter of strict liability, requiring only that the accused act, or intend to act, on the document with knowledge of its falseness."

So is this new alleged Meter Replacement Notification (see below) fatally defective too? Absolutely. Can BC Hydro legally change out our meters? NO – not without our written consent, as agreed to in the terms and conditions of our notices.

The Criminal Code of Canada states under S.366, Forgery and Offences Resembling Forgery, (1) "Every one commits forgery who makes a false document, knowing it to be false, with intent (a) that it should in any way be used or acted on as genuine, to the prejudice of any one whether within Canada or not; and S.21 (1) states, "Every one is a party to an offence who actually commits it; does or omits to do anything for the purpose of aiding any person to commit it; or abets any person in committing it".

STEP 3: PHOTOCOPYING YOUR ENVELOPES

Now (at this point) you have a choice to use a highlighter pen to highlight your 3 CN-BCUC copies as shown below. Why? Because your CONFIRMATION NOTICE – LAWFUL CLAIM OF RIGHT OVER STEWARDSHIP OF LAND became very IMPORTANT on April 25, 2014, the minute the BC Utilities Commission made their decision on the alleged BC Hydro Meter Choices Program and alleged Order in Council 391, Direction No 4 to the BC Utilities Commission.

You see, the BC Utilities Commission has now AGREED IN FULL with all CN-BCUCs, all NOFD-BCHs and all NOFD-LGICs, because they did not DISPUTE any CN-BCUC received by them in anyway whatsoever. In fact they did not even mention them at all – which means they are in full agreement and ALL of our LAWFUL CLAIM OF RIGHT NOTICES are LEGAL and LAWFUL, period!

STEP 14: SAVING YOUR COPY OF CANADA POST DELIVERY CERTIFICATE

In a few days, you can check delivery status online at www.canadapost.ca by entering the 'registered mail number' into the box on the website marked 'Tracking Numbers'. Once your envelope has arrived and has been signed for, you can click onto the green tab called 'view delivery certificate' and save as a pdf onto your computer to be printed.

Print a copy of the ‘delivery certificate’ and keep it with your notices as proof of delivery. If you do not own a printer, ask someone you know or your local library to print you a copy. Canada Post does NOT keep ‘delivery tracking numbers’ online permanently. If you go back and it is no longer available, you will have to contact Canada Post directly to have a copy mailed to you.

THESE ARE LEGAL/LAWFUL DOCUMENTS––keep them safe and secure in a dry place.
