Apologies for errors are often hidden away in the middle of a journal, but we want to make sure that all subscribers see this so they can change the numbers on their copies to coincide with those that will be used in the next index. It seems that gremlins got into the numbering of the last two issues of our quarterly, substituting XI11 and XIV for XII. ALL SUBSCRIBERS should change the numbering of the September and December issues to VOLUME XII.
