Hope everyone is having a nice April despite all the rain. All the wet weather has certainly caused disruptions in our mainte-nance practices. We have been working hard to keep up with the mowing during the couple dry days. The course survived fairly well during the recent storm we had. We lost three trees and had just whole lot of debris scat-tered around. Thanks for the patience during the cleanup. As always feel free to email me through the club about any questions that you may have.

Thanks, Brooks

Something new is over the horizon for those who like to just cocktail it with friends, over a good bottle or glass of wine, or just your favorite cocktail; wanting something to nibble on, group wise. But you don’t have a meal in mind, you’ll get full, and that would just spoil everything, and finish the evening too soon. Or it’s the perfect appetizer to start your meal.

Well, we’ve got the answer to your nibble craving, a Charcuterie Board, adorned with an array of freshly sliced meats & gourmet cheeses, along with aromatic flavored honey & flavored preserve, accompanied with warm ciabatta rounds and select olive mix, that can satisfy up to four people. So, try one with friends, and enjoy all the savory notes that a Charcuterie Board has to offer, from the sweetness, saltiness, & bitter flavors that it will provide. And if you come in and say “I’ll or We’ll take a Charcuterie Board”, Chateau will give you 20% off.

And if you really want to push the envelope, come in and say, “I’ll or We’ll take a Charcuterie Ba-by!”, Chateau will give you 20% off, plus a taste of something exquisite from the Maitre D’ Wine Cellar.

CHATEAU GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB Dear Members,

Wow! What a turnout we had at the Bickerson’s, “our dinner and theater night” with Spud and Mo McConnell! I hope everyone en-joyed their dinner and the perfor-mance as much as I did. We tried out a new format that night and we hope you liked it. So far, we’ve received a lot of positive feed back and so we will try it again soon! Thank you to everyone joined us that night.

Summer is here….almost….the pool open this month, the swim starts prac-ticing, and we are playing lots of outside activities for the kids this summer. Includ-ing our summer camps. We are offer-

Coach Lee is going to be in charge of the ultimate fun camp and he is always a hit with the kids! He is not only a talented tennis coach, but his enthusiasm and energy is contagious and the kids are going to love hanging out with him. If you haven’t registered for camp yet, please call or email Stacey for more
