Since 2009 CHEF-SACHE has been the most important networking platform for the catering industry in Germany. The stars of top international cuisine demonstrate the innovations in the cookery industry live and give visitors insights into their ideas, philosophies and visions.In addition to an innovative exhibition with over 120 partners, two further stages - the MASTERCLASS and the SCHOOL OF WINE - are dedicated to live demonstrati-ons, tastings and product presentations. For the first time in 2019, coffee will be represented in its own area in the COFFEE COLLEGE. Over 3,000 decision makers from restaurants and hotels use the CHEF-SACHE as an annual sourceof inspiration and a networking forum.
