As I noted last month, the newsletter format is changing to an abbreviated version containing my notes, Gary’s meeting minutes, our sponsor page and possibly want ads. Two - three times a year we will endeavor to publish a more comprehensive newsletter. I want to welcome YearOne as a new sponsor for the club! In the near future we will have a max discount available to club members and will feature YearOne as a marquee sponsor on our club pages. We are always looking for sources/ resources to maintain and improve our rides. In addition to YearOne’s vast inventory, cbodies.com has been added as a C-Body Parts resource. For more resources visit our club site under News & Info … Repair, Restoration & Resources. As Gary noted in last month’s minutes, we voted to make the club’s first president Scott Wilburn an Honorary Lifetime Member. In addition to Scott, two new members Mason Weatherby and Dave Gilbert joined the club bringing our membership to 162. Dave also was present for his first meeting. Since the upcoming show will be our 30 th , we wanted to recognize a few members that helped shepherd the club through the first 30 years. We are designating past presidents as “Honorary Show Chairmen” and will recognize them at the show. See Gary’s full meeting notes below for more detail on August’s meeting topics. Donny P.S. I still want to hear your thoughts on topics for our “how to” sessions and other ways we can help share information, skills, tools, etc. with members seeking to restore or maintain their Mopar.

1966 Barracuda, runs and drives. Has 225 slant six and three on the tree. I put a new fuel tank on it when I bought it in 2010. I put a new radiator in it 2 years ago. Been driven very little in those two years. It has some rot in the rear quarters, not major. This car was sold and resided most of its life in New Mexico. I am a retired fireman and don’t have time or money to restore it. I need to let someone have it that can restore it and appreciate it. Asking $4000. These are getting rarer every day. Contact Randy Stanfill at 931-215-3158 or email [email protected]. I have quite a few more pictures. Contact me and I will be happy to text you more.
