• Create a space for dialogue between NGOs and business and other employers to reach greater understanding
• Support employees to do long-term volunteering (extra paid holidays etc.)
• Need for tools for assesing and validating/recognizing skills acquired through volunteering, provison of coaching to understand what a volunteer has learned
