In case of an emergency, Vortex Auction System ensures direct real-time phone support in

North America from 9am to 5pm on every American time zone, West to East.

Outside normal business hours, we can provide e-mail support for which we are able to

guarantee an answer within two hours for regular support and thirty minutes in case of an

emergency. Furthermore, we offer 24/7 stand-by customer phone support during major auctions

for $80/hour.

For regular technical support, we guarantee to call back within 12 hours during business hours.

Training

We offer a complete training program related to our platforms so that your staff can feel

comfortable using them. It is important to highlight that due to our longstanding experience in the

American auction market, we were able to develop easy-to-use interfaces. Our training program

is intended for your staff members who will then convey their knowledge to your network.

All Vortex Solution Inc. work will be carried out according to the laws and regulations in effect, namely

- provisions of copyright, patents and any other rights assigned to intellectual property as well as

regulations concerning privacy and the transmission of information over the Internet. Content,

including Web pages, graphic design elements and software components to be designed by the

designer, must be entirely original and not infringe on any copyright or trademark laws, title or interest

of intellectual property belonging to a third party. NO new elements will be, in whole or in part,

designed by a third party. However, the customer will provide a working base on which he or

she guarantees holding all rights.

However, it is important to specify that the customer will require ColdFusion, Macromedia SQL and

other software licenses for his or her hosting.

Privacy regarding our customers’ clients.

All personal information provided by the customer’s customers (AUCTION PROJECT or affiliate) will

remain its exclusive property, and all this information must be handled by virtue of the Privacy and

Electronic Information Protection Act and any similar legislation applicable to this information.

This includes all supplied management tools and content management systems.
