VOTER AWARENESS FORUM AND VOTER LITERACY ACTIVITES

In compliance of the letter No. 02/2019/1715 Ranchi, dated 23/03/2019 issued by Chief

Election Officer, Jharkhand, following activities are to be carried out by CSR Department of

BCCL under Voter Awareness Forum Activities and Voter Literacy activities for the

employees of the company and for the outreach people in the villages under command area of

the company.

1. Formation of Voter Awareness Forum in BCCL and to submit the details of Nodal

Officer .

2. Conduct training sessions with the workers/staff of the company.

3. To Check whether the name of the workers/staffs of the company is there in the

electoral roll through Voter Help Line.

4. Organise Special Camps for enrolment of workers/staffs in the electoral roll.

5. Organise activities for electoral literacy and voter awareness for the workers / staff of

the company / institution and outreach community under corporate social

responsibility.

6. For voter awareness activities publicity and Information, Education, &

Communication (IEC) materials as poster, banner, slogan etc. which will be

downloaded from the website of Election Commission of India or Chief Electoral

Officer and reproduced with the name and logo of the company/institution.

7. To prepare action plan with time line for the voter awareness activities of the

company and to submit to the CEO.

8. Status report of the voter awareness activities undertaken is to be reported.

Various activities under VAF(Voter Awareness Forum) and Voter Literacy Clubs are to

be carried in phase manner in all the Areas of BCCL.

Activities carried out so far are hereby uploaded for mass awareness and for updating the
