• No Cost Time Extension until May 31, 2016

• Conditional upon achievement of two milestones– Issue request for proposals for the fabrication and construction

of VOWTAP and receive and formally evaluate bids. – Provide DOE a letter from Dominion’s Board or Authorized

Representative stating it will submit a Cost Recovery Rider to the State Corporation Commission no later than July 31, 2016

Transportation, Erection and Installation of the Inward Battered Guide Structure Foundations (IBGS) and Wind Turbine Generators (WTG) – 6 Bidders

Final Design, Manufacture, Transportation, Installation, Horizontal Directional Drilling and Termination of the Export and Inter-array Cables – 4 Bidders

• Engaged K2 to provide lessons learned and review scope of work for RFPs

• Issued November 17, 2015• Responses due January 15, 2016
